Return Requests
All return requests must be submitted within 5 days of receiving your order. Requests submitted after this period will not be accepted.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be:

• Unworn, unused, and unwashed

• In original condition with all tags attached

• Returned in the original packaging

Leggings Policy
All leggings are considered made-to-order products and are therefore not eligible for refunds or returns.

If there is a sizing issue, leggings may be exchanged for a different size, subject to availability. Exchanges must be requested within 5 days of delivery.

Non-Returnable Items

• Made-to-order products

• Customized or personalized items

• Items showing signs of wear, washing, or damage after delivery

Avelion reserves the right to refuse any return or exchange that does not meet the conditions outlined above.
